The subject of this framework agreement is the mandatory supply of public contracting authorities in accordance with the provisions of point 2 of this framework agreement with medicinal products and homeopathic medicines as well as weighing agents in accordance with the Austrian Medicines Act (AMG) (including Austrian regulations) or in accordance with underlying EU legal norms, each as amended, under the terms of this framework agreement (including annexes).
