The Subject Of The Contract Is To Provide 3 -Year Maintenance And Magnetic Resonance Imaging Support And Technical Support For Philips Achieva Dstream 1.5T Ds Advance To Meet The Relevant Needs Of The Project With Cc. 15382 And The Title "Revenue Of The Magnetic Tomography Unit Of The Radiology Laboratory", The Medical School Of Ekpa. This Contract Is Not Subdivided Into Sections For The Following Reasons: & Amp;#8226; A Single Organization Of Organization Of The Entire Project Is Provided, & Amp;#8226; Horizontal Actions Such As Providing Preventive Maintenance Work, Repair And Technical Support Work As Well As The Supply Of Replacement Of Spare Parts, Which Are Not Possible To Also Be Unified By Many Possible Sections. The Equipment That Is The Object And Scope Of This Contract Includes The Following: A/A Special Description Produce 1. Magnetic Coordination Imaging System - Mri Philips Achieva Dstream 1.5T - Ds Advance 2 Ambient Experience For Mr Ambient Lighting For Mr E-Alert System In Particular, The Contractor Assumes All Of The Following Obligations: 1. Providing Preventive Maintenance Work, 2. Providing Repair Maintenance And Technical Support Work, 3. The Supply And Replacement Of The Spare Parts Deemed Necessary So That The Equipment Operates Normally In Accordance With The Technical Specifications Hereof. Preventive Maintenance Includes All The Technical Actions Defined By The Manufacturer To Maintain Equipment In A Smooth Functional Condition Within Its Specifications. The Number And Intervals Between Regular Preventive Maintenance Are Defined In The Technical Specifications. Repair Maintenance Includes Unlimited Interventions By The Contractor To Repair / Remove The Resulting Emergency. Whereas The Contractor Is Explicitly Requested, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace Defective Components And Units Of The Equipment And The Cost Of The Above (Work And Materials) Burdens Him.
