This Contract Aims To Provide The Postal Services Of The County Council Of The Plan De L'Estany, In Particular Letters And Postcards, Certified Letters And Administrative Notifications For The State And International Territory. The Work Will Consist Of The Admission, Classification, Treatment, Course, Transport, Distribution And Delivery To The Address Of Recipients Who, For Postal Purposes, Appear In The General Shipments By The County Council. This Provision Of Services Must Be In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law 43/2010, Of December 30, On Universal Postal Services, Users' Rights And Postal Market, The Provisions That Develop It And The Particularities Indicated In The Particular Technical Prescriptions.
