The subject of the order is the supply of disposable products for the needs of the entire hospital for UCK in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ.2. The Ordering Party allows the submiss ion of partial offers. The term partial offer means individual packages specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ. The contractor may submit an offer for one, several or all packages.3. The Ordering Party requires that the offered assortment meets the requirements for medical devices contained in the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620) and in the implementing acts issued on the basis of this Act -
