Description - Description: The intent of these specifications is to solicit formal sealed bids from qualified firms to establish a contract, through competitive bidding to provide elevator and wheelchair lift inspections, maintenance and repair services, on a time and materials basis. Services will be provided on a twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) days a week basis.
