Description - The present announcement serves to conclude drug discount contracts in accordance with § 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V for the active substance(s) mentioned under point II.1.1). It is not about the award of public contracts within the meaning of Directive 2014/24/EU or Sections 97 ff GWB. Any pharmaceutical company can become a contractual partner in accordance with Section 4 (18) AMG.
