Description - 1. The subject of the order is the supply of devices for the treatment of profound hearing loss together with surgical equipment required to carry out implantation in the quantity and assortment specified in the "Technical Parameters" Form - Appendix 2.1 - 2.2 to the SWZ. - for each part. Part 1 - Cochlear implant system for the treatment of profound hearing loss - 40 sets, Part 2 - Sound processor of the Nucleus 8 or Kanso 2 cochlear implant system (to be selected by the Ordering Party) - 24 pcs. at the Ordering Party's premises when connecting speech processors to patients and will provide a spare implant for each implantation procedure.
