Description - The subject of the contract is the supply of preparations for parenteral and enteral nutrition together with the lending of pumps for SPZOZ WSS No. 3 in Rybnik. The order is divided into 2 packages (parts). The specification of deliveries is included in Appendix 1.1 to this Specification of the Terms of Purchase ("Price Form"). Other conditions of the contract are set out in Annex 2 to the specification of the contract conditions ("Drafted contract provisions", regarding public procurement, which will be included in the content of the contract). Agreements regarding individual packages will be concluded after the completion of this procedure for a period of 24 months.
