Description - The subject of the contract is: 1. Delivery of consumables: • disposable dialysis equipment: arteriovenous lines, hemodialysis needles, dialyzers, in quantities and with required parameters specified in Annex 1a (part 1-3) to this specification • concentrates, filters as described and in quantities specified in Annex No. 1a to the specification (part No. 4). Lease of dialysis machines:2. Lease of 17 dialysis machines meeting the conditions set out in Annex 1b to the ToR. The Employer will pay a monthly lease (specified in the tender offer) from the moment of delivery of the equipment. 3. SECURING THE TECHNICAL SERVICE OF THE DIALYSIS STATION
