The subject of the contract are successive delivery by the Contractor to the Employer of one -off equipment for the purposes of general and bariatric surgery (hereinafter referred to as the commodity) such as and in the quantities spe cified in the price form constituting Annex 2 to SWZ together with lending 2 pieces of generators described in detail in Annex 6 to SWZ, as well as other obligations resulting from Annex 4 the purpose of enabling the Employer to use the subject of the lending.2. In the absence of a demand for the assortment covered by the subject of the contract, the Employer reserves the right not to mention part of the assortment of the specified Annex 2 to SWZ
