The subject of the contract is the delivery of various drugs and drug programs to the Ordering Party's seat (Kraków, Złota Jesieni 1 housing estate), in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Appendix 1 to this specificati on.2. Expiry date/guarantee period of the subject of the contract: cannot be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery, and for products for enteral and oral nutrition - not shorter than half of the expiry date for a given product.3.
