Description - 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medicines, medical and hygiene products to Hospital Pharmacies - 12 tasks .1.1. The assortment, quantity and price specifications are precisely defined in Annexes No. 2/1 to No. 2/12 to SWZ1.2. Pursuant to the requirement specified in Art. 246 sec. 2 of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer, using the price criterion with a weight exceeding 60%, specified in the description of the subject of the contract (Appendices No. 2/1 to No. 2/12 to the SWZ) quality requirements relating to at least the main elements that make up the subject of the contract.
