Description - Description: The subject of the contract is the supply of preparations for enteral nutritional and parenteral with accessories and modified milk as divided into 59 tasks. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is: Annex 1 to SWZ-"Assor tment and Centive Form" Detailed conditions and rules for the implementation of the subject of the contract are additionally determined by "contractual terms", which is Annex 5 to SWZ.2.
