Description - 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of various drugs according to 3 packages to the Ordering Party's seat (Kraków, Złota Jesieni 1 housing estate), in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Appendix 1 to this speci fication. 2. Expiry date/guarantee period of the subject of the order: it cannot be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery, and for products for enteral and oral nutrition - not shorter than half of the expiry date for a given product. 3.
