Description - The subject of the fulfillment of public contracts awarded under the DNS is the supply of hospital and nursing beds, mattresses, bedside or dining tables and evacuation mats, according to the needs of the contracting authorities. Hospital and nursing beds, mattresses, patient tables and evacuation mats will be new, previously unused. Subject, technical conditions, evaluation criteria, date, place of performance, business and payment conditions of specific public contracts awarded in DNS will always be specified in the call for tenders pursuant to § 141 ZZVZ. The place of fulfillment of individual public contracts awarded in the DNS will be the individual headquarters of the concerned author
