Description - Description: Dear Bidder,The International Labour Organisation (ILO), in collaboration with the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) and the General Secretariat of the National Social Protection Council (GS-NSPC), invites qualified service providers to submit proposals for the evaluation of the Voluntary Health Insurance Scheme (VHI) implemented by the NSSF in Cambodia.The VHI scheme, launched in August 2023 under Sub-Decree No. 280, aims to extend health protection to self-employed individuals and dependents of NSSF members.
