Description - The contracting authority, by applying this procedure, seeks the purchase of medicines for the medical activity within the hospital. At the end of this awarding procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 48 months, with a maxi mum of three economic operators. The minimum quantities of the framework agreement as well as the maximum quantities of framework agreements are provided in the specifications. The minimum quantities of subsequent contracts as well as the maximum quantities of subsequent contracts are provided in the specifications. The deadline for the contracting authority to respond to all requests for clarification is on the 11th day before the deadline date
