Description - Description: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health and Inspection Services (APHIS), Veterinary Services (VS) intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for a Mobile Biocontainment Laboratory System that is modular a nd scalable, meets the stringent requirements for biosafety level-2 and level-3, in support of diagnostics associated with high-consequence livestock pathogens.
