Description - The subject of the tender competition is the provision of health services in the field of X-ray diagnostics for Namysłowski Centrum Zdrowia Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością. The contractor will perform X-ray examinations for Namysłowski Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o. o. The list of tests is attached as Appendix 1 to the Agreement. The Contractor undertakes to lease the premises and the equipment therein from the Employer. The list of the Employer's equipment is included in Annex 1 to the premises lease agreement.
