Description - Description: The supplier of drugs designated following the conclusion of a framework agreement with the Municipal Hospital "Bishop Nicolae Popovici" in Beiuș has a number of legal and contractual obligations, meant to ensure the quality, safety and continuity of supplying essential pharmaceuticals for carrying out medical activity.In accordance with Law no. 95/2006 regarding the health reform, Law no. 98/2016 regarding public procurement, as well as with the Government Ordinance no. 15/1992 regarding the establishment, organization and functioning of the pharmaceutical units, the supplier has the following obligations:1.
