Description - Description: Project Title: Off-Site Surgery Center for the Northern Arizona VA Healthcare System (NAVAHCS). The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source, fixed price (FP), indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (IDIQ) c ontract for off-site surgery center services. NAVAHCS requires a relationship with a local ambulatory surgery center to be able to provide for outpatient surgeries and procedures requiring anesthesia to Veterans. The period of performance for this effort will be a 12 month base year with four (4) one-year options. This sole-source contracting action is conducted pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(2).
